Cycle Haven provides general bicycle servicing and repairs subject to inspection of the bicycle and its components. Any scope, recommendation, or final quotation depends on the condition found during inspection, and additional work will only proceed with approval where required.
Fees are payable using the payment methods made available by the workshop. Where a custom quote applies, a deposit may be requested before work begins, and any balance is due when the bicycle is collected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Turnaround times are estimates only and may change if parts are unavailable, if the bicycle requires additional work, or if the agreed scope changes. The workshop does not guarantee same-day completion unless this has been confirmed for the specific appointment and required parts are available.
